We’re a thriving business looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager who will be an important part of our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats with a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines. Our Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager will provide strong, reliable support for the team, handling a wide range of duties, and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Key areas of responsibility include managing interactions with Customers including inside sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service / Inside Sales
- Manage/oversee Customer interactions and ensure complete Customer satisfaction.
- Manage any Customer issues (e.g., installation issues, complaints) from initial contact to resolution of issue. Coordinate with Operations Manager, Sales Manager and/or CEO as needed to resolve issues.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule in-person estimates, develop rough estimates, and send rough estimates to the Customer.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship System (currently JobNimbus) to enter and maintain all information related to Customers/Leads.
- Convert approved Estimates into Contracts.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Software System
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
