The Position:

We’re looking for an Experienced Climbing Arborist and/or Arborist Trainee to join our team. The pay ranges from $17-$22 per hour, based on experience and individual potential. We believe in honesty, integrity, personal growth and each other. We strive to create an environment that fosters success for every member of our team.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (Class E will need to be obtained)
• Previous climbing experience is ideal but we are willing to train exceptional individuals.
• Experience operating small equipment such as chainsaws is a plus.
• Previous Experience in the green industry can be helpful.
• Good Physical Ability
• Team Player

• Ability to work in challenging conditions
• Maintains a Positive Attitude
• Previous Knowledge of ANSI safety and pruning standards would be fantastic!
• Willingness to work towards obtaining ISA Arborist Certification.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members in a kind professional manner.

Responsibility Overview:

• Daily Climbing and Project Management
• Customer Interaction
• Equipment Maintenance as needed
• Lead, Guide and Assist team in meeting daily and weekly goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
