This integral manager will administer benefits, enhance offerings, and increase employee engagement.
This position can be remote, but you MUST be well versed with New Jersey and/or New York benefit requirements and markets.
Total rewards and compensation management is a plus, but not required.
The Benefits Manager designs and administers each one of these unique benefit packages, while also researching packages provided by competitors.
