The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the installation of automatic car wash systems.
Essential Functions
• Unloading and staging of new equipment on job sites
• Inspecting equipment prior to installation and document any damage occurred during shipment
• Installation of new car wash equipment
• Removal of old car wash equipment
• Maintains tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional manner
• Requires good communication skills
• Provides superior customer service when interfacing with customers
• Knowledge of proper use of power tools, i.e. hammer drill, grinder
• Accurately perceives information from others
• Assures appropriate flow of information and reports matters clearly, concisely and accurately

Education and/or Experience
• Requires 1-3 years related experience and basic electrical, hydraulic and/or mechanical background
• Previous experience with Car Wash equipment preferred
Communication/Language Skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions.
Technical Competencies
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
• Understanding of PLC controllers, low voltage control circuits and three-phase pow
