CHE Behavioral Health Services is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Albany, NY

Overview

Backed by a leading private equity investment firm, we are looking for aggressive, talented, ambitious, engaging, innovative, and all-around balanced individual to join our team.

This is a direct sales position responsible for increasing sessions and revenue from current referrals as well as closing NEW business/referrals and increasing their sessions and revenue in a given geography. Sales Executives are responsible for outpatient growth in various business segments to include Hospital/Health Systems, Urgent Care, Emergency Room, and Physician Offices under the direction of the Sales Director. The Sales Executive serves as the driving force for expansion of services in multiple call points to include Hospital Case Management/Discharge Planning, Emergency Room and Urgent Care as well as Primary Care, and various other physician specialties in the physician office setting. The Sales Executive is a hunter that can bring on new business while maintaining and growing any current referral sources.

Responsibilities

  • Brings in new outpatient referral sources
  • Expand scope and depth of services in existing accounts.
  • Provides customer service/account management to active referral sources.
  • Promotes Discharge to home program and referral generation.
  • Communicates territory needs to Sales Director
  • Base salary with uncapped commission

Qualifications

Education• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, management, or healthcare related field

Experience• 1-3 years of physician office of hospital sales

Knowledge• Previous experience in sales, marketing in the physician office or hospital space

Skills• Excellent customer relationship management skills• Strong communication and team-building skills• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Strong leadership and decision-making skills• Advanced organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently• Ability to travel, at times overnight
