Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy in Richmond Hill, GA is looking to hire a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

ABOUT CHATTERBOX PEDIATRIC THERAPY

Founded in 2011, we are a privately owned outpatient pediatric therapy clinic with two offices located in Pooler and Richmond Hill, Georgia. Our mission is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We ensure that our clinic is an enriching and enjoyable environment where all children can thrive.

Our team is filled with experienced professionals. Our therapists provide children, families, and physicians with the highest quality services available within a fun learning environment. For our amazing staff, we offer support from clinical leadership and management, mentorship, and continuing education.

This speech pathology position earns a competitive base salary of $47,500 - $52,500/year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, we pay productivity bonuses  bi-weekly for more children helped over that two week period. Our unique compensation structure of a hybrid salary and pay per session model creates both the financial stability for our staff without the pressure of a high productivity standard, while still allowing our clinicians to have some control over their earning potential when they provide therapy to more children.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you deliver high-quality and dynamic speech therapy services to clients as part of our clinical team. You evaluate children with suspected speech and language disorders to obtain the data necessary to plan treatment and intervention. Friendly and kind, you warmly interact with these children as you provide the appropriate interventions and treatment using evidence-based therapy principles. Thoughtfully, you develop personalized home exercise plans to enhance results.

You meticulously complete needed paperwork and documentation in a timely manner. You love being able to build strong relationships as you collaborate with colleagues. Improving the lives of children in any way you can is important to you, and it feels good to play your part!

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time speech pathology position works 40 hours/week Monday - Friday with scheduled treatment hour expectations based on experience.
