Life Enrichment Assistant (Part Time)
Requirements to Apply: At least one-year experience in long term care services (preferably in assisted living/memory care), experience with dementia and Alzheimer's experience preferred, good organizational skills, ability to use the computer for calendar preparation, current CPR & First Aid, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, Home Health Aid Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (will send to class).
Mission Statement: To work with each resident to create a unique retirement lifestyle that enables them to live happier, healthier, longer lives on their own terms.
Requirements before Hiring: Obtain a Food Handlers Permit, pass a physical exam and drug screen, pass a DSHS Background Check and complete all necessary pre-employment requirements.
Compensation: $18/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: Tues-Thurs 10:00am-6:30pm
Hiring Bonus: $600 Full Time ($300 paid at 90 and 180 days)
Referral Bonus: $1000 per employee
