About this role

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team! This role will have a high level of exposure to the CFO, CEO, President, and other members of CharterUP's management team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive morale and engagement for our high-caliber teams, including sales, operations, and software engineering talent
  • Be accountable for opening and processing mail and customer checks
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experience, including coordinating swag, equipment, software, and benefits
  • Conduct at quarterly check-ins with every individual in the company and be a resource to all
  • Meaningfully contribute to our talent acquisition strategy
  • Plan quarterly events, happy hours, and virtual engagement
  • Help teams with special assignments by coordinating travel, lodging, ground transportation, and other logistical support
  • Manage coworking location across in Atlanta

Location

CharterUP is based in Atlanta, GA and we prefer you live near Buckhead, Atlanta for this position, where many of our executives and managers live. CharterUP will also consider candidates that prefer to work remotely not in Atlanta, though you will still be accountable for physical mail and checks in Buckhead Atlanta.
