We are seeking a passionate, self-starting, and Professional individual.
The Banquet Manager is a key position within our food and beverage department.
This position is responsible for driving the highest level of service and operational aspects of hospitality for weddings, events and restaurant dining.
The ideal candidate is someone who has comprehensive management experience with Banquets, Restaurants, and Bar experience. Prior Experience as a Banquet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Dining Room Manager or Bar Manager is a must have.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Goes above and beyond to provide the highest-quality hospitality experiences with Restaurant Management and Banquet Management.
Passion for food, hospitality and guest experience.
Ability to create and run service trainings for all FOH team members
Hiring and training of FOH team members
Maintain the integrity, consistency, and efficiency of all food & beverage offerings and service points
Beverage Inventory management
Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas
Maintain the visual appeal of all public spaces
Manage scheduling of Waitstaff and Bartenders
Responsible for proper opening and closing procedures of property
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a front of the house managerial role
Fundamental understanding of team training
Practical understanding of POS systems, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
Beverage knowledge and procurement
