Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the organization and productivity of the warehouse night crew. Responsible for warehouse order accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance/safety. Coordinates warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Manager and/or Assistant Manager and train warehouse night personnel, to ensure the highest performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have proven supervisory and effective communication skills. Tactful in human relations, in depth knowledge of food/produce warehouse procedures. Organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and respect for company policy.

At least five (5) years’ experience in warehouse shipping and handling and at least two (2) years of experience in managing 5 or more employees.
