Our ideal candidate for this newly created position - Business Manager - will be able to multi-task and
function independently. We are seeking a flexible, hard-working individual with experience in
accounting/finance.

The ideal candidate should be:

• a self-starter with a strong work ethic seeking to thrive in a positive work climate
• proficient in Quickbooks, and easily adaptable to using company software systems and related
• applications
• able to manage the company finances, including development and oversight of budgets, and
• company accounts including all receivables, payables
• willing to develop and provide financial analytics and projections and track and report out on
• financial and growth goals
• managing fiscal and process improvements to reduce costs, and increase productivity
• able to travel locally to our multiple locations on the South Shore and Cape Cod

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus 5 or more years of demonstrated experience.
