The Facility Technical Manager is a professional level job responsible to bring best-in-class knowledge and effort operating and maintaining mechanical equipment on Schwab campus facilities. Facility Technical managers partner closely with CRE Leadership, Property Managers, vendors, and Schwab technology teams to ensure best in class building up-keep on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. Facility Technical Managers are also gatekeepers and stewards of our Critical Environments and systems. This opportunity is located at our Omaha, NE campus.
