The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, prepping the main advisor for his/her review meetings and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred

Financial Industry experience required L & H licensing preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment

2 years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred

Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication both written and verbal

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive Management Style and consistent follow-through

Responsibilities/Tasks:

This Client Service Manager will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for Client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:

Handle incoming calls from clients

Proactively communicate with clients on issues and obtain/present solutions to those issue and respond to client

emails and voicemails within the same day

Prepare client paperwork for account establishment (application, transfer paperwork) and maintenance

(withdrawals, RMDs, beneficiary change & etc.)

Proactively track new account funding and process all checks and securities received

Handle client checks, wire transfer requests and follow through to completion

Provide effective cash management services for client accounts

Perform all account research as necessary update client information

Prepare all paperwork and reports required for client meetings while maintaining all compliance files and logs

Organize and maintain all client files

Develop a comprehensive understanding of investment programs that are being utilized

Salary Base - $44,000 plus Bonus Incentives
