The CRA Legal Department is involved in all aspects of CRA’s business, actively assessing risk and providing advice to CRA’s consultants, administrative teams and support functions operating around the world. Currently a small team, the Senior Counsel is expected to be an experienced attorney, able to independently cover the full spectrum of corporate issues, including contract review, drafting and negotiation, intellectual property protection, data privacy issues, regulatory compliance, and all manner of other topics in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
