We are seeking a Part-Time Night Janitor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchen, and common areas, etc.
• Order/Restocking consumables as needed.
• Empty & reline wastebaskets.
• Vacuum, sweeping, mopping, dusting.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as strip/wax floors and shampooing rugs.
• Window/glass cleaning.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment including onsite repairs of equipment used.
• Any other duties assigned by a lead, supervisor, or manager.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

• Previous experience in janitorial cleaning, maintenance, or other related field preferred
• Familiarity with disinfecting with the use of cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Dependability- Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
• May at times be required to drive company vehicles (proof of valid auto insurance required)
• Fluent in English
• Successfully pass a background check
• Successfully pass a drug test
