OUR SENIOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing in a multi-state, multi-employer environment for more than 800 exempt and non-exempt employees. This role is directly responsible for understanding and performing all phases of the payroll process, including multi-entity, multi-state, bi-weekly in-house payrolls, time and attendance system interfaces, payroll tax reporting and reconciliation, and payroll-related accounting transactions.
This role requires strong customer service, excellent organizational abilities, a high level of accuracy, critical thinking, exercise of professional judgment, and problem identification / analysis / resolution skills.
This position reports to and receives guidance from the Division Controller.
We currently have an opening for a FULL TIME, NON-EXEMPT Senior Payroll Administrator with a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30AM to 5PM.
