Chariot Plumbing Supply & Design has been providing premium kitchen and bathroom products for home and commercial properties since 2004. We are currently recruiting for a Greeter/Returns Specialist to work as the first point of contact to our walk-in customers and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and is personable, friendly, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a professional and polite manner.

The main responsibilities of this position are to assist incoming and outgoing customers with a variety of needs including orders, returns, deliveries, "will-calls", and other requests while maintaining and managing the administrative needs of the front desk. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing showroom and its customers
• Direct walk-in customers to a sales representative
• Screen and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments and individuals
• Facilitating returns and warranties while tracking product and order returns in Excel
• Keep the front desk and surrounding area tidy and professional
• Back-up the sales team as needed 
• Assign and screen emails for the sales team
• Print sales quotes, deliveries, and sales orders
• Order catalogs for showroom
• Assist in drafting spec books to be sent to customers
• Clean up the showroom, catalogs, and products around the showroom
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements, Skills & Experience: 

• 1 year of customer service and/or receptionist/front desk experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Organization and prioritization expertise, ability to manage resources
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the day and lift up to 30 lbs. 

Preferred Skills:

• Sales experience (any)
• Construction experience (any) 
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex return policies
