As a Retail Stock Associate/Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in both stocking merchandise and assisting customers at the register. You will ensure our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and welcoming to shoppers while providing outstanding service during each customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and organize new shipments, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise, maintaining product presentation standards.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, adhering to company policies for financial transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and support store promotions.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer service, and willingness to work as part of a team.
