Channel Control Merchants Distribution Center is looking for a Security Supervisor with dependable transportation, good work ethic, and a great attitude to join our team!

As a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing security functions in the organization. This position will be located in Blue Mountain, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Train and schedule programs and functions for security personnel

· Evaluate, assess, and analyze performance for security personnel

· Initiate disciplinary measures whenever necessary

· Provide security for all Hattiesburg campuses including office buildings, warehouses, and other properties

· Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers

· Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises

· Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition

· Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts, and other risks

· Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures

Requirements

Requirements:

· Good communication skills

· Critical thinking skills

· Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response

· Must work with a sense of urgency

· Must have Security experience in a large box Retail, Warehouse, or Multistore environment

· Must have a valid Driver’s License

· Must have no criminal record

Work Conditions:

· Routinely work near moving mechanical parts such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar mechanical devices

· Working in moderate to loud noise levels

· Climate controlled environment
