Work Location: Fully Remote - U.S. #LI-Remote Position: This position is responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical radiology imaging and workflow systems. The Individual is primarily engaged in utilizing their specialized knowledge to investigate customer issues to help in resolution to root causes. Required to apply for VA and DOD clearance and expected to pass level 2 background screening. Core Responsibilities: Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems which utilize some of the following technologies: proprietary McKesson software, Local & Wide Area Networks, Windows Servers and workstations, Enterprise-class hardware & storage systems, and Oracle databases Liaison with internal teams, including R&D, Technical Response, Systems Engineering, Production & Installation, and Sales as required to deliver on customer requests Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration functions at customer facilities Seek and suggest competence and career development opportunities to current management Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Requirements: 12 months experience in a software technical support environment. 12 months of experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated experience starting to handle large corporate customers. Working knowledge of the analysis, installation, modification and support of operating systems, utilities, storage and networking. Solid understanding of internal escalation workflow. Knowledge of third party partners (ie. New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $58,420 - $101,520. The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $50,800 - $84,600. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $60,960 - $101,520.
