Company: Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC Position Title: Information Security Engineer 4 Location: Alpharetta, GA *Can work remotely* Responsibilities: Analyze and define IAM requirements for complex IT issues that may involve enterprise wide initiatives or projects. Design, develop and implement IAM solutions based on IT security requirements. Work with the enterprise IAM Engineering team to ensure IAM solutions are designed, built, tested, and deployed to meet company, customer, regulatory, and security requirements. Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs, and lead design sessions and code walkthrough. Determine how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, web interfaces and hardware logic integrate to meet new and emerging enterprise requirements. Perform access risk analyses that also includes access risk assessments. Conduct proactive auditing of systems, applications and services, to identify security and compliance vulnerabilities. Develop, analyze and implement and document complex IAM solutions to support ongoing IAM systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution. Provide expertise in access control configuration to business as needed. Implement IAM security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of IAM security. Conduct research on IAM products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the IAM industry. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Security or related field and 8 years of experience in computer software solution development in Information Security and IAM fields. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Security or related field and 6 years of experience in computer software solution development in Information Security and IAM fields in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of experience. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: 1) Experience working with information security and IAM principles and practices. 2) Experience with IAM technologies including: Identity Management solutions, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle/Sun Identity Manager, Access Federation solutions, Ping Federate, Oracle Access Manager, and MS Active Directory and Exchange. 3) Experience with programming languages including: Java, Java Script, PowerShell Scripting, REST/SOAP API development, Oracle, SQL Server, and Virtual Directory Services. 4) Experience with Authentication protocols including: LDAP, SAML, OAUTH, and OpenID. 5) Experience with PCI-DSS 2.0, FISMA/CMS/NIST 800-53a, EHNAC, SOX and HIPAA. 6) Experience writing run books, software support guides, and user manuals.
