We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Elkhorn Valley Packing in Harper, KS. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving boxed beef sales and expanding our customer base. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients all over the country, we want to hear from you!
Position is fulltime and must be performed on location in Harper KS. Starting salary between $60,000-$80,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Present and sell products to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer inquiries
- Some travel requred to meet and participate in customer events and food shows
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the meat industry is a plus
- Willing to commute or relocate to Harper KS
