Overview
The Enterprise IT Support Technician provides user support and customer service on all company-supported devices, networks, and applications.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and address various technical support requests urgently by providing remote and onsite support, escalating these issues when appropriate
- Ensure that all client's trouble tickets or other serive requests are acknowledged and addressed with a high level of urgency per their SLA
- Document resolutions for future reference in company knowledgebase
- Respond to network monitoring alerts, diagnose and repair alerts, and set up additional alerts to monitor customer's environments
- Perform hardware and software deployment projects as assigned
- Perform continous personal technical growth - IT certifications, etc.
- Be on a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-year experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of personal
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and Exchange/Office 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, and server technologies is beneficial
- MCSA certification considered a plus
- Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential
- Excellent communication and “customer service” skills
- Must be able to support users in both an office and factory environment, both on site and remotely.
