· Conduct in-home sales opportunities by building trust and educating customers

· Identifying customer needs / wants and utilized Champion’s proven sales presentation.

· Effectively evaluating, measuring and specifying home improvement project options

· Negotiating and closing the sale

· Attending daily sales/training meetings and coaching sessions

· Always Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications

· HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

· Driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal check

· Basic computer / Math skills

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
