In 1991 Chamberlin transitioned from Real Estate development to Real Estate Management and opened its Headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, moving in 2015 to its current Headquarters located in Central Phoenix where we continue our tradition of successful property management. Chamberlin Associates has earned the reputation as one of Arizona's foremost fee management companies by providing cutting-edge professional services for a large and growing number of multifamily units throughout the Phoenix metro area. Currently Chamberlin Associates managing apartments throughout Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Nevada. Chamberlin Associates has been managing multifamily housing complexes for individuals, corporations, and investor groups for more than 35 years. As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for Properties Online Presence.
- Putting together Marketing Plans for Properties and Training Teams On It.
- Managing Social Media for the Properties.
- Training Other Employees on Marketing.
- Managing Our Secret Shop Reports on Our Properties.
- Analyzing Reports on Traffic and Conversation Rates Reports for Regionals & Executive Teams.
- Negotiating Marketing Contracts.
- Managing Company Social Media.
Area of Study / Experience:
- Multifamily Property Management Experience - Minimum of 2 years as a Property Manager.
- Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- Position based out of our corporate office located inPhoenix, Arizona
