At Chairish, the Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and styling every aspect of our marketplace experience, from the conception of new features to the execution of your vision. Craft product strategy, prioritize features, measure success, and coordinate product & development schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to Chairish shoppers
Build and maintain a roadmap to delight our users while growing the business
Lead a cross-functional team through the planning and development process by partnering with a variety of internal teams, including marketing, customer support & production
Define methods & metrics for identifying success and failure, ensuring clear project objectives
Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience
Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulate product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners
Contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes
6-8 years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer-facing/ ecommerce product environment
Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale cross-functional projects in a fast-paced product environment from conception through completion
Exceptional written & oral communication skills
Exceptional project management, organization and analytical skills
Strong user experience instincts and appreciation of visual design aesthetics
Strong understanding of technology and keen ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers
Ability to think creatively about analytics & measurement, user research and business cases to drive product decisions
Highly skilled at creative problem-solving with a strong ability to identify effective and efficient solutions to complex problems.
Highly skilled at moderating and collaborating with a cross-functional team of stakeholders, each with unique and disparate needs
