We are currently seeking a Market Development Specialist to join our Marketing Team from any of our Southeast U.S office locations including Atlanta, GA; Duluth, GA; Savannah, GA; Miami, FL; or Winter Springs, FL.

CHA's corporate groups support our technical sectors and market teams with financial, legal, business development and marketing, human resources, information technology and operational services to meet our clients' evolving needs.

The Market Development Specialist at CHA plays an integral role on our Marketing team by driving all marketing-related activities for our Transportation team. The Market Development Specialist takes pride in managing relationships with their clients and leads proposal efforts from kick-off through proposal submission providing value-added input on strategy and content – keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA’s response meets all RFP requirements.

The Market Development Specialist will lead pursuit from capture plan through submission and interview, prepare documentation for pursuit team, schedule proposal calls including kick-offs and debriefs, support management and marketing of assigned tier client accounts, create and update market qualifications packages, collaborate with other members of the marketing team, as well as numerous other miscellaneous marketing and development-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, or other related field of study preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in AEC industry preferred, experience in marketing and proposals for Transportation/Infrastructure projects a plus
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills
• Proven to be client focused
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout
• Outgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starter
• Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
