We are currently seeking an Electrical Manager to join our Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Team located in Colonie, NY.
CHA creates state-of-the-art mechanical systems that prioritize energy efficiency without sacrificing strength or ramping up costs. Our team consists of industry leaders who have valuable hands-on experience as plant managers and engineers in industrial settings. We offer complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design/construction services for companies throughout the manufacturing sector as well as a variety of public, private and institutional clients. Our professionals will perform a thorough analysis of your systems and utilize proven methods to optimize performance.
The Electrical Manager is an important technical leadership position at CHA and plays a major role in ensuring we achieve our goal of Responsibly Improving the World We Live In.
A successful Electrical Manager is measured by their team's technical quality, achievement of team utilization targets, and ability to motivate their team to go above and beyond. Other duties include effectively managing project budgets as well as organizing, directing, and coordinating activities associated with the project scope of work.
The right individual for this position will have experience with building design electrical engineering, project documentation, and managing, mentoring, and developing junior staff in a collaborative team environment.
