We are looking to hire a Senior Architecture Advisor to work within a dynamic team! The Candidate will be working amongst our highly motivated team, in a fast-paced environment that works with business and Technology collaborators collaborating on complex solutions that focus on improving Customer value. This role will provide exposure to execution of enterprise strategy across Product and Financial domains

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Meet with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and incorporate said requirements into conceptual solutions.
Review solutions with Leadership to ensure strategic alignment and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with Technical Leads and Product Owners to refine solution designs, in an agile, iterative manner.
Document solution capabilities, mentorship, assumption, and decisions on Confluence
Review designs with Security to confirm standards before development teams move code to Production.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions with development teams, technical partners and business stakeholders to problem-solve and acquire consensus on solution direction.
Participate in defining Architecture Roadmap that aligns to Product Roadmap
Participate in PI Planning activities to prepare the scrum teams to deliver business value.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

3 years of Solution Architecture experience
Experience within Pharmacy (preferred) or Health Services industry
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage partners of all bands, ranging from Developers to Senior Leaders
Willingness to serve in an adaptive role.
Experience working within the Scale Agile Framework
General familiarity with Database (Oracle), API, Pega, API, and AWS concepts.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - $161,600.
