CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Customer Service Representative that will report to our General Manager. The successful candidate will assist with order processing at the LVT facility in Adairsville, Georgia. The position has a strong connection to the main facility in China, thus excellent communications skills are required. If you have a strong background in customer service and if you possess a passion to continuously improve, we want to hear from you.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Customer Service Team at our CFL HQ in fulfilling customer orders.
  • CFL USA Customer Service Rep will have visibility to track and follow the order. Must directly handle orders on occasion.
  • Must keep CFL HQ Customer Service in China updated on progress, status, lead time
  • Check the status for open orders.
  • Update the system after shipment
  • Ensure that CFL HQ in China receives routine communication
  • Fulfill sample requests
  • Coordinate third party inspections, customer visits, audits.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, including but not limited to: order status, product information, order processing, account status, sales programs, as well as product line knowledge
  • Daily contact with cross functional team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • At least 1 year of customer contact experience,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Email and phone etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments including but not limited to Sales, Administration, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Marketing, Distribution and Field Sales Force
  • Commitment to company values
  • MSOffice proficiency
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Manufacturing experience with exposure to SAP, or equivalent, is strongly preferred
