We are looking for a QBO Expert to assist our CFO with all the Accounting functions of the Company. This is a hybrid position and requires only 3-4 days a month in the office in Branchburg, New Jersey. This position reports to our President /CFO and has direct interaction with the Executive Team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
You will perform general accounting and other related duties for the Company including:

• Analysis of monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements. 
• Accounts Payable bill entry, expense coding, setting up of new accounts as required
• Monitor and record daily and monthly General Ledger entries
• Monthly, quarterly and year end closing entries. 
• Monthly bank / credit card reconciliations 
• Daily trust deposits and reconciliations
• Business Insurances renewals 
• Multiple state and bond license renewals 
• Client invoices and bank transfers 
• A/R follow up to include direct communication with Client management 

You will need to have the following skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and at least two years experience required 
• Quickbooks Online Expertise 
• Strong mathematical, analytical and organizational skills 
• Proficient in Office365, Microsoft Teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to read and analyze data and financial reports with strong critical thinking skills 
• Understanding of US tax regulations 
• Time Management Skills - Accuracy, thoroughness, neatness and timeliness in handling tasks assigned
