We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. These responsibilities include:

• Directing the overall operation aspects of the branch including Sales, employees, customer service and distribution.
• Develop plans to meet the seven company target goals and objectives
• Manage and develop pricing structure to meet financial objectives
• Develop, present and manage the budget to allocate funds appropriately
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Establish operational efficiencies and pinpoint areas of improvement to enhance branch processes
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Maintain facility including showroom layout
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and applicable laws

Requirements and skills:

Proven branch management experience, as a Manager or similar role

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with the rigging industry, and its rules and regulations

Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Excellent organizational skills

Results driven and customer focused

Leadership and employee management skills

Expert analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks well, as they have many responsibilities

Some college education preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
