Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Duration Of Role: 13 week - contract
Pay: $29-$30 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Specialist Serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resource (HR) customers. Provides a high level of customer service in response to HR questions and provides administrative support for various HR functions.
The primary contact responsible for providing a high level of customer service to staff members in response to Human Resource (HR) questions (including but not limited to, answering questions, researching information and assisting with problem resolution) in a timely manner. Able to answer foundational questions regarding HR Policies, Compensation, Talent, Performance Management, Benefits, and other functional areas of HR. Elevates complex issues and triages to the appropriate area. Responsible for facilitating and coordinating ongoing problem resolution with internal and external customers and vendors. Fully researches issues and shares knowledge as appropriate with team members. Logs tickets of interactions with internal and external customers in the ticket logging system. Stay up-to-date with laws and practices that impact HR programs.
Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of data into the HR ERP system. Utilizes information to effectively update staff records and records appropriate transactions in the HR ERP system. Audits, analyzes, and troubleshoots data. Maintains confidentiality of data at all times and follows IT Security protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education: 5 years of HR experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Equivalent combination of education and HR work experience may be substituted for a formal degree. Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Accurate keyboarding skills required.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail. Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier.
*Up to date immunizations required upon offer including: MMR (2 Doses), Varicella (2 Doses), COVID vaccine, and Flu Shot. Other onboarding requirements include: TB Test and Drug Test*
