Cerebral Staffing, LLC is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Milwaukee, WI

Join Cerebral Staffing in Milwaukee as a Client Services Representative with a minimum of 1 year healthcare/lab experience for a 13-week contract!

Compensation:

  • $18/hour - $19/hour based on 40 hours
  • $27.00/hour for all overtime, and Holidays
  • 40 hours per week- Overnights 7pm-5:30am 10-hour shifts
  • 13-week Contract

Job TitleClient Services Representative

Responsibilities

The Client Services Representative works in a department where the primary goal is service, serves as primary resource for Long Term Care clients and phlebotomists providing technical problem-solving and support. Promptly and attentively answers phones, greets guests, listens to concerns/requests, obtaining complete and accurate information. Operates requisition printer, label printer, copy machines, facsimile machines, and other office equipment as required. Efficiently performs client service functions, including maintaining paper supply at sufficient levels and performing simple printer maintenance. Consistently takes action to make simple corrections when equipment malfunctions, or notifies the leader on a timely basis if unable to make the correction. Add on testing: Performs add-on testing according to LTC department protocol.
Re-prints requisitions showing documented testing that has been added as well as ICD-10 information. Notifies specimen processing department by phone of add-on requests according to protocol and prints labels to respective printer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous healthcare experience of at least 1 year
  • Worked in an area which required strong customer service skills for at least 1 year
  • Worked in an administrative role with faxing skills
  • Worked in a lab with understanding of lab testing and results for at least 1 year

*Up to date immunizations required upon offer including: MMR (2 Doses), Varicella (2 Doses), COVID vaccine, and Flu Shot. Other onboarding requirements include: TB Test and Drug Test*
