Compensation:
- $73-$74 based on 40 hours
- $498.55/hour for all overtime, and Holidays
- 40 hours

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Duties
Description/Purpose of Position: Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. **Service Excellence Requirements** Treat everyone as a guest: *Utilizes AIDET to make a positive first impression. *Demonstrates effective service recovery skills. *Demonstrates enhanced listening skills. *Meets Service Excellence goals from Personal Action Plan for Standard 1 if applicable. Demonstrate Professionalism and Excellence in the things I do: *Takes ownership/accountability for role in Service Excellence. *Accepts role as a leader and serves as a positive role model. *Focuses on solutions for problems, not causes. *Meets Service Excellence goals from Personal Action Plan for Standard 2 if applicable. Practice Teamwork: *Participates in decision making and process improvement. *Effectively communicates verbally and non-verbally. *Demonstrates awareness and understanding of HCAHPS and own role in driving HCAHPS scores.
Skills
ARRT Registration and/or RCIS - Required At least 6 months to 1 year experience of travel. - Required: 6 Months Current BCLS certification - Required Graduate of an accredited radiology program. - Required
