• Desire to or have experience taking and defending lay and expert depositions
• Desire to or have experience first chairing trials

Responsibilities:

• Compile, review, and analyze all facts and evidence
• Draft and file complaints and motions
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Take and defend lay and expert depositions
• Attend court appearance, mediations, and arbitrations
• Negotiate claims with opposing counsel and adjusters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
