We are looking for a world class accounting manager to join the rapid growing Centric Software family. The ideal candidate, who is a self-starter, enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, can drive projects from concept to completion, and communicates well across teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment, with strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

We are looking for a team player who will manage day to day activities and identify opportunities to streamline processes and procedures. He or she will lead and support critical accounting, finance, reporting, and/or related function, be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting close cycle and to ensure financial data is GAAP and IFRS compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger accounting activities, such as prepaids, fixed assets, T&E expenses, payroll expense and various expense accruals for US entity. Active role in account analysis and reconciliations of various balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Lead consolidation, intercompany transactions, eliminations, foreign currency for month-end and quarter end close cycle activities including running foreign currency revaluation and translation of all entities
• Prepare consolidated financial fluxes and monthly financial reporting package. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant and timely recording and reporting of financial statements and roll forward.
• Partner cross-functionally and across geo/international location, and various functional business owners to establish best practices, as well as drive on-going process refinement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of GL accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage audit PBC request list ensuring the required information and proper information provided to auditors timely.
• Develop and implement processes to improve accounting team efficiencies, scalability, and execution.
• Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners to proactively identify, research and resolve issues.
• Assist with continuous improvement, automation, and internal control initiatives in support of corporate strategies.
• Takes ownership in special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field with 7 years working experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Public accounting or audit experience CPA a plus.
• Prior experience with NetSuite.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, change direction quickly and prioritize workload.
• Ability to challenge the status quo to build gain efficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of process and technology.
• Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic.
• Strong data driven decision making skills and the ability to problem-solve.
