Our Chicago team is part of a larger group of business and technology experts at the company, but we add a lot of individual expertise and personality to our work. We're looking for a Senior .Net Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

• Craft and develop .NET based applications, translating user stories into functional applications.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code.
• Understand relational databases and data architecture.
• Contribute to phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation through code reviews and quality checks.
• Lead architecture, design, estimation and implementation of software solutions.
• Work in a team environment using Agile development processes.

Who you are:

• We want someone who likes to solve problems. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.
• Spirit of an educator and thus gets excited about mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Creativity . Help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively.
• Solid .NET technologist with demonstrated capabilities in .NET.
• 10 years of experience with the following skills/software: .NET Framework/Core, REST APIs, ORM frameworks, unit testing frameworks (MSTest, xUnit, nUnit), JavaScript frameworks, DevOps tooling and container technology
• 10 years of experience with both front-end frameworks (Angular, React) and back-end technologies (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, SQL skills)
