In this role, you will:

• Build an understanding of our client's business, situation, and desired outcome(s)
• Coach the client on Organizational Change Management (OCM) methods, best practices, lessons learned, and trends
• Assess, strategize, plan, and complete the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and sustainment
• Promote OCM-based activities such as: partner analysis; leadership engagement; change communications; change networks; change readiness assessments; job/role impact analysis; and post-launch support.
• Develop trusted relationships and support with client leadership and other influential individuals within our client organization
• Partner with the client to determine prioritizes; build and implement tailored OCM work plans; resolve/mitigate risks; and keep client informed of progress

Who you are:

• 3 years of OCM experience with an OCM track record.
• Tactical based OCM activities along with assessments, planning, coaching.
• Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
• A learning mindset, ready to experience new ideas and situations.
• Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.
• Translate technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
• Ensure the client feels heard and then implement (or fine-tune) OCM solutions based on what you heard.
• Collaboration is important with us, the client, and the project team.
