Description
The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resources department including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
The Human Resources Associate must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail. Should have a working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
? Assists with recruitment, interview and onboarding process. Tracks status of candidates in Applicant Tracking System.
? Provides administrative support to the HR department.
? Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
? Schedules meetings, interviews and training sessions as requested.
? Assists with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee relationship building activities.
? Performs other duties as assigned.
