Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Bonus Benefits 401k More!

Responsibilities of the Corporate Executive Chef:

• Oversee culinary operations including food safety regulations, staff management, inventory management and cost controls
• Develop menus and ensure efficient preparation, plating, and service of food while upholding brand standards
• Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of back of house operations
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen team members
• Ensure team member comply with company required standards in areas including restaurant operations, guest relations, labour costs, food costs, sanitation, and preparation
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to develop strategies and maximise profit

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in the entertainment industry and with new openings is an asset!
• Multi-unit experience
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Confident, calm, approachable and professional individual with exceptional communication and time management skills
• A self-motivated, natural leader who can support and inspire team members
