Role and Responsibility

• Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Work with the cross-functional team to translate business objectives into content experiences.
• Create information architecture frameworks, high-level wireframes, taxonomies, user journey maps, and priority guides to communicate the content plan.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Create brand-level design style guides and libraries consistent with each brand
• Work with product to define requirements, not just translate them to design
• Participate in user research and help set up and conduct user testing studies to gain insights on customer needs, goals, and mindset
• Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Support the development of content guidelines for different UI elements.

• 3 years of content strategy, content design, UX design, UX writing, or similar experience.
• BA in English, journalism, marketing, communications or other relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Understanding of design principles and how content fits into overall user experience, with proven ability to map content to user intent and adapt UX end-to-end processes to the needs of a given project.
• Passionate advocate for creating user-centered experiences and product flows while balancing business and user needs.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, user testing, and analytics.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, self-starter environment.
