PART TIME - Medical Records Admin

Location: Bucks County, PA

Our Bucks County office is looking for a PART TIME - Medical Data Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker, team player with excellent customer service skills.

We are a busy multi-practitioner Family Medical Practice looking for a part-time data administrator to join our team.

Daily hours are flexible but must be within the working hours for our practice which are: 8am-7pm M-Th, 8am-5pm Friday and Saturdays 8am-2pm.

This position could be performed in either our Doylestown or Jamison office and is perfect for a college student or a parent with kids in school. We are a tobacco free facility.

Job Qualifications:

• Technical proficiency and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records preferred, but not required
• Flexible schedule: This position is daily and would include weekdays and optional Saturday

Preferred:

• Local to the Doylestown area
• Local to the Jamison area

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
