Job Description of Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for the capitol projects for the facility including efficiency, safety and environmental activities. Developing and adhering to an approved budget for all projects, soliciting bids for work, maintaining all training material and documentation for projects.

Duties and Responsibilities of Process Engineer:

• Strategic accountabilities include, but are not limited improved operational and technical performance, cost reduction, and high-quality products.
• Safety first culture, One right way.
• Identify and manage opportunities and risks, using effective problem-solving communication skills to achieve the best possible results
• Consistently deliver unmatched quality and service to customers by finding ways to do the right thing, at the right time to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to build relationships, convey information accurately both in written form and verbally
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Requirements of Process Engineer:

• All hiring decisions are contingent on the selectee passing background check and drug screening.
• Engineering degree required
• Prefer Background in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing
• 2 years engineering experience required
• Knowledge of relevant manufacturing standards for product, quality control processes, and OSHA rules and regulations, relevant labor, and employment regulations.
