The Overnight Hourly Supervisor trains, manages, and assesses the quality of the work activities of all environmental services personnel to insure safe, clean, orderly and attractive conditions across the entire hospital.
- Provides leadership to assure patient areas are safe and comfortable.
- Work may focus on patient services and discharges, patient shift areas and projects, patient services, public area/floor projects, and/or discharges and patient services.
- Supports and implements training for the environmental services department for patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
- Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
- Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
COMPENSATION:
- In addition to standard pay (minimum $20 ) depending on experience, this position qualifies for an overnight shift pay incentive of $3.00 per Hour.
- You'll also earn more when working weekend shifts ( $1.05 per Hour).

HOURS:
- 80 hours every two weeks | Work mostly Monday - Friday from 10:30 pm to 7am.
- Occasionally fill in on the 2:30-11pm shift, and weekends/holidays are only as-needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of experience in operations or one year of supervisory experience
- Management and/or leadership course preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
