OFFICE MANAGER

CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a Full-Time Office Manager for its Jacksonville, FL office.

We are seeking an organized, experienced individual to manage a fast-paced dynamic environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Weekly payroll data entry
• Creating and maintaining documents in MS Excel and Word
• Accounts payable/receivables
• Weekly service invoicing to customers
• Managing a multi-line telephone system
• Processing all in-coming and out-going mail
• Ordering office supplies
• Processing expense reports
• New hire orientations
• Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs
• Maintain policy and procedures as required by the company

POSITION REQUIRES:

• Excellent communication, follow-up, interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Must have strong data entry skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and the Internet
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional telephone etiquette
• SAP Experience a Plus!
