Job Description: Salary: Starting at $43,400.00 entry level. Sign-on bonus eligible Job Description: Seeking a master's level clinician to provide intensive in-home services to high need child and adolescent clients for our Columbia, TN location. You must live within 50 miles of Columbia, TN to qualify. Intensive In-Home is a program that provides services 3x a week to youth and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. Intensive In-Home Therapists carry a caseload of approximately 6 clients at a time. Seeking a candidate who is experienced at providing mental health therapy services, teaching parenting skills, crisis intervention, family therapy, DSM-5 diagnoses, and has extensive evidence-based practice training. Essential Functions/Job Duties: Effectively manage caseloads of approximately six (6) clients at a time Provide 3 therapy sessions and make 2 collateral contacts per client every week. Maintain client charts and timely documentation Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings Minimum Qualifications: Masters Level Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a clinician role recommended Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position requires you to work remotely. However, you must reside within 50 miles of Columbia, TN A computer, hot spot, and cell phone will be provided. This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week. Make your own work schedule with this flexible work hour role! Mileage will be reimbursed at the federally accepted rate.
