Centerstone Of Tennessee is Hiring a Support Staff (Administrative Clerk) Near 6110 Shallowford Rd Ste B Chattanooga, TN

Job Description: Seeking energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Essential Duties: Scheduling and statuses of clinical staff appointments, obtaining/updating client data and collection of co-pays. Answering phone calls, emails and other electronic messages as required quickly and efficiently. Collecting, filling, and organizing office documents, records and forms. Greeting clients with personable and positive attitude to promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused. Regular and reliable attendance is required. May cross train and perform duties of other support staff positions to help cover during absences, as assigned by Office Coordinator. Key Performance Indicators: Basic computer literacy skills- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Skype preferred. Organizational skills- Possess skills to file, store and source crucial and confidential information of the client record. Strategic scheduling skills- Knowledge of Avatar or EMR record management preferred. Time-management skills- Complete duties timely and accurately. Verbal and written communication skills- Stellar manners and positive attitude. Critical thinking skills- Problem solving to overcome each challenge that may occur. Quick-learning skills- Expected to learn and adapt to unexpected methods. Detail-oriented- Catching and correcting any issues that may arise. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation: Compensation for this role begins at $15.00.
