Job Description: INSERT SUMMARY (5-7 sentences highlighting key responsibilities of position) The Clinical Supervisor is licensed to supervise clinical programs and will meet all requirements to provide supervision and services under license requirements for their particular profession. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of clinical treatment for youth ages 0-21 and will provide clinical oversite of each region’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program, attending case staffing on a regular and routine basis (no less than quarterly) and reviewing and approving each client’s treatment plan. This position will also attend meetings with DCS when needed and will provide recommendations to each region to help support foster parents in the management of their children. Adherence to the agency’s on-going training plan will also be required. Due to service area, job duties will include use of virtual, phone, and/or in-person modes of delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provides clinical consultation to all case managers/program managers. Attends case staffing for each region on an established schedule and documents in Kaleidacare. Attends CFTM’s or other meetings as needed. Reviews and approves all initial treatment plans Reviews and approves treatment plan updates no less than yearly Provides recommendations on improving our work with the youth served. Provide training opportunities to staff and foster parents as needed. Maintains compliance with assigned Centerstone training plan and maintain continuing education as outlined by license requirements. Is available for clinical consultation on a 24/7 basis at the request of the Program Manager. Foster Parents will also be educated regarding how to access 24/7 Crisis Services in their location. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical guidance to the Therapeutic Foster Care staff concerning clinical work with children and youth ages 0-21 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Understand the dynamics of working with state custody children/youth in group care, foster care and/or home-based settings. Ability to document supervisory sessions in the Electronic Medical Record. Ensure clinical supervision is provided in accordance to CARF, DCS and Licensing standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Level Master’s degree, Ed.D.
