Human Resources Coordinator

Summary/Objective

The Human Resources Coordinator supports internal and external processes. The Coordinator is responsible for on boarding new hires, preparing payroll data for processing, answering queries, providing administrative logistical support, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operational and administrative HR support.
• Assist with processing new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and title changes.
• Compile reports and spreadsheets. 
• Maintain HR files and database.
• Complete termination paperwork.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED some College preferred
• 2 years administrative experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
